YLF participants build leadership skills and leave better prepared for future employment, higher education, and independent living.

Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Experience living on a college campus
• Choose from a variety of workshops and projects
• Participate in an STEM Employer Forum and Discussion Panels
• Explore careers and STEM fields
• Develop personal growth and leadership skills
Peer leader and mentor paid experience opportunities also available. Must be currently in college classes or working, committed to additional training
