Lexington, MA, April 5th – 26th, 2023, with the Arc of Massachusetts. The Arc of Massachusetts will be offering a three-session workshop on Future Planning and Developing a Letter of Intent for Aging Caregivers of Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
* This series is limited to participants who can commit to attending all three 2-hour sessions.
- Session One: April 5 – 10:00AM – 12:00PM
- Session Two: April 12 – 10:00AM – 12:00PM
- Session Three: April 26 – 10:00AM – 12:00PM
This will be an interactive set of sessions facilitated by Rosalie Edes and Kerry Mahoney.
* Participants will have the opportunity to learn approaches to Future Planning and hear from others who have done it or have benefited from receiving this information.
* There will be time to discuss what should be included in a Letter of Intent and receive resource materials and outlines for developing a document that organizes critical information and presents a vision for the future care of your loved one.
