Financial/Legal Transition to Adult Programs

Webinar, September 18th, 2024, with the Arc of Massachusetts. Join The Arc for a special presentation on transition services with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) by Victor Hernandez, Deputy Assistant Commissioner.
* Victor will discuss the steps and timelines for transitioning into adult services and provide helpful tips for managing the process.
* Prior to his current role, Victor held leadership positions including Chief of State, Legislative/Constituent Liaison, Statewide Transition Coordinator for Chapter 688, Assistant Area Director, and Commissioner’s Liaison for Special Projects with the Governor, Secretariat and stakeholder interests.
