About the speakers:
* Nicole Simon has extensive experience designing programs to treat challenging behaviors and increase adaptive skills in home, school and community settings. She trains others to provide premium ABA services for those in their care. Ms. Simon utilizes a collaborative approach in her work and promotes the highest quality of life for the individuals she serves in a learning environment that is therapeutic and safe. She believes in the importance of family and school partnerships and strives to develop realistic recommendations for each setting.
* Kirstin Birtwell, PhD, is Assistant in Psychology, Dept. of Psychiatry, MGH, Assistant in Pediatrics, Dept. of Pediatrics, and MGH Instructor, Dept. of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School.
