The Association of Developmental Disability Providers of Massachusetts’ (ADDP) Inspire, Motivate, & Encourage conference is supports the political, financial, and educational health of their member organizations that serve people with disabilities, including intellectual and developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

- DR. NATHANIEL J. WILLIAMS: THE GREAT COMMITMENT – Dr. Nathaniel J. Williams is a former orphan and foster child of the New York City foster care system. Dr. Williams founded and is the President/CEO of HumanWorks Affiliates, Inc., a cluster of eight non-profits serving adults with intellectual disabilities and foster children in Pennsylvania. Dr. Williams and his wife have eight children, of which one has autism, and another is adopted.
- DIANA KANDER: WHY CURIOSITY IS THE SECRET TO THRIVING IN THE NEW NORMAL – Diana entered the United States as a refugee at the age of 8, and has spoken to the California Workforce Associate on two previous occasions.
- JOSEPH MACBETH, PRESIDENT & CEO OF THE NATIONAL ALLIANCE FOR DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS – Joseph Macbeth is the President/CEO of the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals. Joe is a member of the Advisory Council for the New York State Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs; a member of the National Quality Forum’s Committee on Person-Centered Planning and has been recognized as a National Honoree by the National Historic Recognition Project for significant national contributions in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities in the US.
- JUSTIN JONES-FOSU, FOUNDER AND CEO OF WORK. MEANINGFUL. Justin Jones-Fosu, MBA, CSP is the founder and CEO of Work. Meaningful. He speaks to companies, organizations, and associations on meaningful work and diversity/inclusion. His latest book is “The Inclusive Mindset: How to cultivate diversity in your everyday life”
