Newton, MA, January – April 2026. Train 4 Life is designed to support athletes aged 18 and older in achieving their full potential, both on and off the field. The 12-week program will encompass pre-and-post-biometric and fitness testing outcomes, once-a-week group workouts, and weekly nutrition and healthy lifestyle education.
* This session runs weekly on Saturdays from 1 pm to 2 pm, starting January 17th through April 11th (skipping Easter weekend on April 4th)
