* Charles River Heights: Anne-Marie Bajwa, CEO of the Charles River Center, will discuss the CRC’s plans for an 86-unit development in Needham that will provide housing and supportive services to individuals with mild to moderate autism and intellectual disabilities, integrated with traditional affordable and workforce housing.
* High Spirit East: Co-founder Kathryn Stanley will discuss the integrated work/life community that they plan to build in the Metrowest area, modeled on High Spirit Community Farm in the Berkshires, HSE will offer residential and vocational placements in a neighborhood with three family homes, a community center, geothermal greenhouse, and vegetable and flower gardens with an integrated CBDS offering flexibility and a full life within the neighborhood for 9 Priority One residents and 18 live in care staff.
FORWARD: Founder Katherine Ohlman will discuss the 8 bedroom duplex in Dennis, MA that opened in June 2020 for Priority One residents, and the upcoming Phase II of the project, which will be adjoining 8 one-bedroom apartments for supported independent living.
