Bristol, RI, throughout 2025, with the Audubon Society of Rhode Island. The Audubon Society of Rhode Island Nature Center and Aquarium in Bristol is offering Sensory Friendly Hours specific hours on specific days. They invites people with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other sensory processing sensitivities to discover nature at the Center with fewer guests and a quieter environment, as well as lower lighting and no screens.
* There will be a maximum of 12 visitors in the Nature Center and Aquarium exhibits during these hours along with trained and caring staff available to help provide a safe and enjoyable experience.
* Adults are asked to accompany children at all times.
* Please register for a 50-minute time slot at this link, so they can guarantee limited occupancy.
Entrance fees are required for admission to the Nature Center and Aquarium.
* Adult $6.00, Senior $5.00, Child (ages 4-12) $4.00, Child (under 4) free Audubon Society of RI Members FREE.
* Audubon’s Nature Center and Aquarium has accessibility features such as automatic doors, accessible parking and bathrooms.
