Rare New England will host their annual “Improving Health Care Experiences in the Rare Disease Community with Information and Support”, and is for patients and families to obtain information about services and resources available to the rare disease community to help obtain an improved life.
2024 Conference Themme: Rare Together – Uniting for Progress. Their goal is to provide informative, open, and safe conversations within the rare disease community including, but not limited to patients and their families, expert panels, patient advocates, and a few of RNE’s board members who are held closely together by a rare disease.
* This Annual Conference serves as a platform for fostering meaningful connections, sparking innovative discussions, and exploring strategies to address the unique challenges faced by those affected by rare diseases. Conference Attendees will:
