Planning a Life (PAL) is a two-day transition conference for parents, caregivers, and professionals working with postsecondary transition-age youth with disabilities(14 -22). Attend one or both days.
Planning A Life (College and Beyond) – Gain useful skills and information necessary to support youth as they prepare for full, meaningful lives during and after high school.
* Transition age youth will have their own activities and presentations at the in-person event on Saturday.
