Danvers, MA, October 22 – December 10th, 2024 with the Northeast Arc. For ages 16+. Train like a boxer and feel like a champion. Get in your zone and let the class will fly by -you won’t even believe it’s over once the final bell rings.
* This 45-Minute Class will consist of: 7 minutes of ramp-up + 8 bag rounds/active recovery + 7 minutes of core and strength.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW TITLE BOXING MEMBERS:
* Boxing gloves and wraps must be purchased before attending class and are not included in the 8 week series cost.
* One can purchase this equipment on the first day of class.
