Mental Health Transition to Adult Programs

Webinar, January 15th, 2025, with PPal of Massachusetts. Free. PPAL workshops are meant for parents, caregivers, family members, individuals, family partners, and/or peer leaders with experience supporting children with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs.
Presented by Advocate Caitlin Thomas, LLC, BSN, RN Child & Adult Social Security Disability Representation.
Topics will include:
-Best practices for age 18 +
-Initial Adult Claims
-Continuing Disability Reviews (CDRs)
-Disabled Adult Child (DAC)
-The new In-kind and Support Maintenance (ISM) rules that came into effect 9/30/24, particularly impacting claimants that live with family members and folks with living with someone receiving public assistance.
