Siblings & Families Transition to Adult Programs

Virtual Events, throughout 2024 & 2025, on the second Tuesday of each month, with the Arc of Greater Haverhill – Newburyport. For parents/caregivers who live in the Merrimack Valley with children ages 13-22 with disabilities who need transition-to-adult supports and services.
Are you lost in the transition maze? Join in to discuss topics on transition into adulthood planning, to share resources, problem solve and connect with each other.
