Webinar, March 14th, 2023, with the Special Needs Transition Group of Wakefield, MA. Attorneys Karen Mariscal and Meredith Greene will be discussing ABLE accounts, including what they can do for you, and the nuts and bolts of how to use them.
* ABLE accounts are savings accounts for our disabled children that grow tax free.
* Although tax free is nice, many times it is even more important that the money in the ABLE account is not counted when it comes to government benefits.
* Also discuss how to use ABLE to avoid the 1/3 reduction in SSI.
* Come with your questions!
