It will feature Keynote speaker Dr. Nancy Richmond. As the creator of the Keep Shining Framework, Dr. Nancy Richmond empowers individuals and communities to embrace kindness, resilience, and personal growth in digital and real-life spaces.
* With a background in digital media, higher education, and counseling, Dr. Richmond blends innovation with well-being to help people navigate change, develop emotional intelligence, and strengthen social connections.
* A professor at Florida International University, she has worked in higher education for over 20 years, including roles at Boston University, Northeastern University, and MIT, shaping social-emotional learning, digital engagement, and leadership development.
* She serves on the World Happiness Foundation Board and co-chairs the AI Teaching Forum, leading conversations on human connection, innovation, and the future of education. She is also the author of the Keep Shining book series, designed to help young people develop confidence and kindness in a complex digital world.
