Lexington, MA, Spring, 2024, with the Lexington Recreation Department. Drums Alive combines exercise with rhythm and movement in a fun and upbeat setting.
* For ages 18+.
* Drums Alive uses stability balls to create a unique drumming experience that has been shown to benefit individuals physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
* Led by Yachun Lin.
* All abilities welcome.
