Wellesley, MA, October 2025 – June 2026, with Steppingstone Studies. For autistic and neurodivergent teens ages 11 – 18. Family members, friends and allies are also welcome to take the class and share the yoga experience. Voice Colors Yoga classes utilize visual supports including color-coded photos of yoga poses and sequences, schedule boards and hand/foot placement markers.
* All levels of ability are welcome
* Not wheelchair accessible – class meets in 2nd floor yoga studio with no elevator.
* A slower pace allows time to transition into poses and to explore variations.
* All classes end with relaxation.
