Inclusive Recreation for Teens & Adults: Bridgewater

Bridgewater, MA, October 25th – December 20th, with the Bridgecenter and Easterseals Massachusetts. Young Adult & Adult Fall II Recreation Programs

• Mindful Movement – Engage in movement as a group with activities such as yoga, nature trail walking, and low-impact exercises.
  * Wednesdays, 4:15-5:00 p.m.
  * 10/25-12/20 (No class 11/22)
  * Ages 18+
• Culinary Creations – Learn to follow a new recipe each week and create a recipe book to bring home at the end of the session.
  * Wednesdays, 5:00-6:15 p.m.
  * 10/25-12/20 (No class 11/22)
  * Ages 18+
• My Music Time 1:1 Lessons – Try the first class of any program free. Rolling registrations are accepted as space allows, and session cost
  Scan QR code, or  will be prorated.
  * Weekly music lessons with your choice of the following instruments: drums, guitar, trumpet, or keyboard.
  * Mondays, 5:00-5:45 p.m. & 6:00-6:45 p.m.
  * 11/6-12/18
  Ages 7+
•  Monthly Game Night – Engage with peers while playing interactive games such as Twister, Monopoly, Jenga, and more! Target skills will include social interactions, turn-taking, following directions, and sharing.
  * Mondays, 10/30, 11/27, and 12/18 from 5:00-6:15 p.m.
  * Ages 16+
