Lexington, MA, Recreation Department, October 4th, 2024. Drums Alive combines exercise with rhythm and movement in a fun and upbeat setting. Drums Alive uses stability balls to create a unique drumming experience that has been shown to benefit individuals physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
* Led by Yachun Lin.
* All abilities welcome.
* For Adults with Disabilities Ages 18+.
