Music & Dance Recreation Transition to Adult Programs

Inclusive and Adaptive Dance Class for Teens with Disabilities in MassachusettsBrookline, MA, September 24th – November 12th, 2024, with the Brookline Recreation Department’s Recreaton Therapy Program. For ages 14+ with disabilities. Featuring Abilities Dance, which uses dance and arts to promote intersectional disability rights.
* This community engagement program teaches adaptive dance classes to multicultural communities in Greater Boston.
* Working across language divides, varying disabilities, and more, teachers are trained with a curriculum that values social/emotional/physical wellness over technique readiness.
