Coaching Practices and Management Strategies for an Inclusive Workforce is the theme for the 2023 conference. There will be 6 breakout sessions on a variety of topics related to employment of people with disabilities and Keynote presenters.
* DOUG CRANDELL – Doug Crandell is a widely recognized advocate for equitable employment of people with disabilities, and is the author of Twenty-Two Cents an Hour: Disability Rights and the Fight to End Subminimum Wage. Doug currently has an appointment as Public Service Faculty at the Institute on Human Development and Disability at the University of Georgia.
* ADRIANA MALLOZZI – Born with cerebal palsy, Ms. Mallozzi uses assistive technology to have a rich and full life. She was selected to compete in the 2015 MIT Assistive Technology Hackathon, and as a result of winning, had her assistive technology prototype designed: the “Puffin”, an affordable and portable bluetooth joystick mouse with sip-puff capabilities. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Easterseals Massachusetts.
