Fairhaven / South Shore, MA, July 28th, 2024. The Fairhaven Commission on Disability and M.O. L.I.F.E., Inc. are hosting a Diverse Abilities Celebration. July marks the 34th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, a comprehensive civil rights law for persons with disabilities. July is an occasion to celebrate people with disabilities, honor their inherent and inalienable rights, promote their visibility, and applaud their achievements.
* Diverse Abilities Celebration is an expression of the hallmarks, that are, the art, advocacy, and resilience of the South Coast community.
* There will be a talent show, vendors, resources, health and wellness activities, and food.
* All abilities and all ages welcome.
