Virtual Series, January & February 2026, with the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity in Watertown, MA. Depression, Anxiety, and Self-Compassion on the Autism Spectrum (PAUSE) is a 6-session online workshop for Autistic adults who would like to learn about, and talk about, feelings of depression, anxiety, and self-compassion.
* PAUSE provides education about how depression and anxiety work in the brain and body, how we can learn to recognize signs that depression and anxiety are becoming more serious, how we can boost our self-compassion, and plan to take care of ourselves when we experience depression and anxiety.
* PAUSE is rooted in a neurodiversity perspective and is facilitated by one autistic and one non-autistic person who work together.
* PAUSE offers a safe environment for autistic adults to talk with like-minded people, share issues and concerns, and celebrate successes.
* Facilitators will schedule an introductory meeting with each registrant to confirm participation in the workshop.
Fee apply, registration is required to  https://aane.org/events or contact events@aane.org
