Get ready for an interactive conversation with author, speaker and disability rights activist Emily Ladau on living with, talking about, and advocating around disability.
* This event will celebrate July’s Disability Pride Month and the 35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
* Emily Ladau will be speaking with Jack Lovett, Co-Chair of the Newton Commission on Disability, and will also welcome discussion with the audience. The conversation will focus on how to communicate well about disability, from advocating for needs to learning how to create a culture of accessibility and inclusion.
