* Charting the Life Course is a nationally recognized framework designed to help individuals with disabilities and their families plan for a meaningful and self-determined life. This training introduces participants to a set of practical, person-centered tools that support individuals across all life stages — from early childhood through adulthood.
Families will learn how to use these tools to:
- Define a vision for a “good life” for their loved one
- Identify strengths, needs, and supports
- Navigate services and systems more effectively
- Plan for transitions in school, health care, and community life
Gain valuable strategies to support planning and advocacy at every stage of life.
