* The webinar will address the significant changes in special education practices that are a result of the state’s bullying prevention law, which focuses on the IEP and school-wide strategies to prevent bullying of students with disabilities.
* The state legislation focuses on the following: school-wide efforts to create safe and supportive school environments for students with disabilities; statutory provisions that require IEP Teams to address bullying of students with disabilities.
