Boston, Museum of Fine Arts, January 18th, 2025. For teens with Autism Spectrum and Aspergers Disorders ages 13 to 18. Focus on specific art topics and incorporate discussion, critical inquiry, and sketching in the galleries. Students then work independently on a project with guidance from an experienced instructor.
January 2025 Theme: Lunar New Year – Year of the Snake. Explore the MFA’s collection of East Asian art, from giant stone sculptures to delicate pieces of pottery, and learn about Lunar New Year and the meanings behind the Chinese zodiac. Then create artwork celebrating the Year of the Snake.
