* This workshop provides an overview of specific legal requirements pertaining to the unique needs of autistic children, including a focus on special education duringCOVID-19.
* Hear about current trends, legal standards, and evaluation rights and procedures including guidance and strategies to address the special education needs of autistic youth during the pandemic.
* There will be an emphasis on the requirement that autistic children receive the full range of instruction and services necessary to meet their unique needs, and provide educational opportunities reflecting potential in inclusive settings.
