Worcester, MA, November 9th, 2025, with the Advocates. A sensory-friendly game and Autism Acceptance Afternoon with the Worcester Railers. The DCU Center doors will open early (2:o5 pm) for families and groups. The Railers will be offering an evening with decreased auditory and visual stimulation for those with sensory sensitivities.
* The Railers will be changing some aspects of the game operations for sensory accommdations:
- No Goal Horn
- No Sudden “Make Some Noise” videos
- Lowered music audio/microphone levels
- Lights always stay on
- No flashing lights
- No mascot drum
There will also be a “Cool Down Zone” located in the Railyard for fans looking to take a break from the action on the ice. There will be activities and TVs available for fans to use. Fans can enter and leave as they please.
