Sensory Friendly Superhero Yoga for Youth

Uxbridge, MA, August 19th, 2025, with Venture Community Services. Free and appropriate for most yuouth with special needs. Join us for a special sensory friendly Superhero themed yoga event.
*Certified instructor Lisa, from Brave Yoga will guide children through gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises, helping to build strength, focus and confidence.
* No charge to attend, but space is limited.
* Noise and lighting will be adjusted to meet sensory needs.
* Families are welcome to participate or observe.
