Hopkinton, MA, September 14th – December 20th, 2025, with the Hopkinton Center for the Arts. The Adaptive Arts Department at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts offers classes and events designed with accessibility at its core, including the option for one-to-one support and instructors who are trained in best practices for inclusive education.
* Unified Theater Presents: Seasonal Songs by Candlelight for ages 16+. Designed for adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities and/or ASD to express themselves through theater. Meet weekly and experience firsthand what goes into creating and performing a “from scratch” production.
* Throughout the weeks of production explore different themes of acceptance, joy and self-advocacy while working on social and collaborative skills.
* They welcome students of all ability levels ages 16+. The Hopkinton Center for the Arts is a fully accessible property, therefore students with all levels of mobility are welcome and encouraged to join this program.
* The HCA does not provide support services during this program. If you or your student typically requires a 1:1 assistant or support person, they require that the parent/caregiver/aide remain for the class to assist.
