Down Syndrome and Intellectual Disabilities Siblings & Families

Virtual Event, October, 15th, 2020, 5:30 p.m., hosted by the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress. The MDSC encourages women, female caregivers, to join this event and take time to “hold space” with other women of color in a safe way. The have established this space and time to enable you to:

recognize & respond to your body’s needs
tap into your body’s natural stress reducing abilities
feel more connected & less alone

This event is being hosted by the MDSC’s Keyona Aviles and her Team Jessica & Alesia of The TIMBO Collective (Trauma Response Innovations For Mind and Body).
