Keynote Speech: Dr. Kevin Simon is Boston’s first Chief Behavioral Health Officer appointed by Mayor Michelle Wu. He is an attending pediatric psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist at Boston Children’s Hospital, an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, a former Commonwealth fund fellow in health policy at Harvard University, the medical director of community behavioral health agencies, and a healthcare policy and systems consultant.
