* Hear Dr. Nadja Lopez Reilly discuss:

  • What might anxiety (and anxiety-related behaviors) look like in children and adolescents at this point in the pandemic?
  • What does this mean for understanding and managing internal dysregulation? What can we do if behaviors seem dangerous?
  • How can parents/caregivers help a child regulate distress in the moment? What does this look like across the age span?
  • How can adults help with coregulation?
  • What happens if we lose our cool when things are challenging?
  • What’s repair work and how does it fit into this?
