Ashland, April 4th, 2017.  For Educators, Administration, Parent Groups and Students. Founder & President of Ben Speaks, Judy Giovangelo offers a Power of Choice Presentation. Many teenagers miss school due to depression, anxiety, addictions and/or temporary hospitalization. Many of our teens in school often can\’t stay on task due to issues like emotional distress. Ben Speaks programs help make students and faculty more aware of these daily challenges that many teens experience. Increasing awareness and showing students how to support one another in a more collaborative approach will increase productivity and allow troubled teens to engage with academics, arts, athletics … life. Heightening the awareness of healing and expressive arts gives students and educators a new toolbox of resources so that each teen feels empowered and emotionally resilient.
