The Boston Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SpEdPAC) is a group established under Massachusetts General Law who works with the Boston Public School District to ensure that BPS students with disabilities get the services and support they need to develop to their full potential.

* A SpEdPAC is established under Chapter71B, § 3; of the Massachusetts General Laws: “The school committee of any school district shall establish a parent advisory council on special education. Membership shall be offered to all parents of children with disabilities and other interested parties.“
