Virtual Class, June 10th, with the Arc of the South Shore in Hingham, MA. Drums Alive – is an original and only evidence-based drumming fitness, health, wellness program that provides a “whole brain & whole body” workout which promotes physical, social, emotional and cognitive health and combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain affected benefits of music and rhythm.
* (Zoom options: drum=fitness ball, plastic bucket, laundry basket, or floor. Drum Sticks=pool noodles cut in half, thunder sticks, wooden spoons)
