Scituate, January 10th, 2017. The Scituate Special Education Parent Advisory Council will host Jamey Breen, a Scituate resident, disability advocate, and author of the book, “Keep it Rollin”. Jamey is a person with cerebral palsy and motivational speaker who encourages the the public may to interact with people with disabilities as a more inclusive and active part of society. Jamey is also active in the Massachusetts Disabled Persons Protection Commission as an awareness-in-action trainer.
A graduate from Stonehill College, Jamey is thankful for growing up surrounded by a supportive network of people who helped him learn how to be able embrace his disability and instilled in him the knowledge that he could achieve anything he set my mind to.
