Burlington, MA, April 25th – May 23rd, 2023. Hosted by the Burlington Recreation Department. For teens 13+ to young adult with a disability.
* Looking for a way to stay active – Unlimited Abilities has you covered.
* Join them on Tuesday evenings for an adaptive fitness class.
* Sessions may include adaptive exercise, dance, stretching, games and more.
* No prior fitness experience is necessary.
* Participants should wear athletic sneakers and bring a water.
