Natick, MA, January 21st – March 11th, 2023, with the Skyline adaptive program at the Natick Parks and Recreation Department. Serving the Natick Community and surrounding towns with adaptive and inclusive programs for individuals with special needs.
* Come join the fitness fun group with Coach Jess.
* Get a workout in and working on activities of daily living, like sitting in a chair and picking objects off the floor.
* Use a mix of body weight exercises and movements that require weights.
* All are welcome and exercises will be modified as needed.
