Providence, RI, October 23rd & 24th, 2023, 5 – 6:00 p.m. This year the Roger Williams Zoo will offer their annual Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular with sensory-friendly times at these designated hours only.
* Join a for a special sensory-friendly Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular an hour before the trail opens to the public: designed those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and sensory processing differences and their families from 5:00 – 6:00 pm.
*The over 5000 pumpkins will light up the Zoo’s Wetlands Trail, but there will be no music or special effects.
* Take a trip around the world at this year’s Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular: Pumpkins Around the World. Thousands of artistically carved, illuminated pumpkins will transport you on a European vacation, wildlife safari, and a trip down Route 6.! From the Pyramids of Giza to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, this is a nighttime event for the whole family.
The Spectacular is open rain or shine. NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. ALL event tickets must be purchased online in advance. This event does not include animal exhibits. All animal exhibits close at end of daytime Zoo hours.
