* Vendors will have no flashing lights, music or announcements.
* Kiddie Land will have no flashing lights, music or announcements.
* Sound on stages and entertainment: Racing, Pigs, Bike Stunt show, Nerveless Nocks, Farmland, will be lowered.
* Announcements on ground – limited and volume turned down.
