Nicole is a behavior analyst using the applied behavior analysis (ABA) framework to care for children and adults with autism spectrum and related disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions and severe challenging behaviors in home, school, residential, hospital and community settings.
She will discuss:

* Proactive strategies to address safety at home, in the car, and in the community.
* How to develop a safety plan to help manage crisis situations.
