About the speaker: Dan Ahearn, M.A., J.D., practices disability, special education, education, and children’s law. He currently teaches a Children & Disability Law course at Suffolk University Law School. Additionally, Dan has served as the past Director of the Massachusetts Bureau of Special Education Appeals and as a Senior Attorney at the Disability Law Center in Boston.
