Camps and Camp Fairs Transition to Adult Programs

Watertown, MA, Apri 11th – 13th, 2025, with Next Step of Cambridge, MA. Free. This is the annual Spring Campference for young adults living with chronic illness, for young people, ages 18-29. Part camp, part conference, this 3-day Spring Campference fosters friendships and community with peers who “get it.”
At a Next Step Campference, you can:
