Springfield, MA, March 28th – April 25th, 2025, with The Springfield College Occupational Therapy program. The Springfield College Occupational Therapy program will host members of the local community on campus for an Adulting Academy to help participants develop everyday life skills and responsibilities for “adulting.”
* Open to individuals ages 18-to-25ish.
* Engage in a variety of group and individual workshops dedicated to developing skills for adulthood. The program is participant-centered, with participants identifying their interests/goals ahead of time.
* The program is supervised by Occupational Therapy faculty.
* Workshops aim to offer opportunities across a variety of interests: maintaining one’s self and space, growing friendships, navigating the community, developing work/academic specific skills, enhancing skills to support overall well-being, and more.
