* Families often ask “Where will my child live when I can no longer care for them?” This webinar will review practical legal and planning tools you can use to prepare for residential and independent living, along with an overview of resources that may be available. Hear about:

The presenters will be Attorney’s Frederick M. Misilo, Jr., Theresa Varne, and Meredith Greene. Fred’s specialty areas are in elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianship, and adult service advocacy. Fred has served as Deputy Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services, on the The Arc of the United States Board of Directors Legal Advocacy Committee and its Policy and Procedures Committee, gave technical assistance to and had his advocacy work featured in “Autism: Coming of Age”, a PBS documentary.
