* Anne Carey-Stone, Director, Office of Quality Enhancement, Metro Region DDS Office of Quality Enhancement will present a general overview of the functions of the Office of Quality Enhancement
The OQE oversees the licensing and certification of DDS-funded services across Massachusetts.
* She oversees the Metro Region OQE team which does similar oversight for agencies which operate within the DDS Metro region.
* OQE is responsible for evaluating provider performance, measuring compliance with DDS regulations, and supporting continuous quality improvement across residential, day and employment services, and remote supports and monitoring services.
