participate in fitness & exercise groups in a fun and safe environment.
* With a positive atmosphere centered around adaptive movement patterns, the program
build on existing skills and utilize game play strategies to show that
exercise can be fun
* This 45-minute class will include a mix of warm up and agility, strength work and game
play to finish the workout.
