Basic Rights - Transition Planning

Webinar, January 25th, 2023, with the Ashland SEPAC. Free and open to the public. This workshop provides an overview of the transition planning process for youth with disabilities ages 14-22 on IEPs.
* This presentation addresses the planning involved when a student is of transition age including the importance of planning, the roles of both parent/guardian and student, and the student’s post-secondary vision.
